HealthCare Perspective, LLC is pleased to welcome two new senior consultants to our team: Melissa Giampietri and Steven Hedgepeth.

Melissa Giampietri, Senior Consultant

Melissa has over fifteen years of experience in the behavioral health and technology industries, with a specialty in supporting public funded mental health, addictions, and child and family services organizations with operational and technology enablement.  Melissa has served as care coordinator, case manager, manager, administrator, technology solutions consultant, and consultative business development executive – all working with a passion and vision to improve healthcare systems and service delivery. Steven Hedgepeth, Senior Consultant

Steven is an experienced behavioral health provider executive in both North Carolina and Ohio. He has led operational change efforts in multiple organizations and currently works with an Area Agency on Aging, assisting them with system development work and managing relationships with a Medicaid managed care organization for the dual-eligible (Medicaid and Medicare) population. Welcome to the new HealthCare Perspective

Today we are launching our new website. This will be the face of HealthCare Perspective on the web. Late in 2019, we launched a new LinkedIN, Facebook and Twitter presence with our new logo. We are completing our redesign with the launch of this site. Here you will see us communicating important insights in the world of behavioral health, health policy, health and human services and information technology.

Our mission continues to be helping people who help people. HealthCare Perspective provides innovative leadership, management and information systems consulting services to healthcare, behavioral health and human services clients. Established in 1987, by Stephen A. Wood, FHIMMS, FHFMA, we have a long and successful track record providing consulting services to organizations all across the country.

Now led by Chief Executive Officer, Kris Vilamaa, we use an agile corporate approach with our team of consultants, subject matter experts and affiliated partners to provide the right talent match to your unique needs.

We share knowledge and collaborate with providers, payors, non-profit providers, county boards, councils of governments and state agencies – most with a focus in behavioral health or health and human services.
