Becky Novak, Vice President

Becky has over twenty five years of experience in health care information systems with a wide variety of specialties, beginning with physician practices and hospital delivery systems and transitioning over time to working exclusively with health and human services organizations.  She has worked on several large-scale projects including the State of Ohio Department of Mental Health MACSIS project, the redesign and implementation of a new information system for the State of Alabama MRDD and Substance Abuse system and with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) to design and implement an online Individual Service Planning and Case Management/Service Coordination system integrated with the department’s Medicaid Waiver management information systems.  Becky also worked extensively with MEORC, a council of government (COG) that serves 18 DD boards in Ohio, to redesign the underlying business processes to support person-centered practices.  Other recent projects include as a subject matter expert (SME) on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts HHS MITA Project and working with a large NYS provider agency to procure new EHR and Financial Information systems.  Becky’s key skills are the ability to translate between strategy, operations, IT and vendor staff to facilitate collaboration and practical execution of the desired change.
