Steven is an experienced operations executive for multiple behavioral health provider organizations in North Carolina and Ohio. He has led organizations through significant operational and systemic change and he has partnered extensively with managed care organizations.

Currently, Steven is assisting an Area Agency on Aging in the design and acquisition of IT systems as well as advancing their strategy for managing the dual-eligible population (Medicare and Medicaid) for a managed care organization.
